It’s been a busy week at the council. We’ve announced a total of £15.6 million that Government has awarded to us and West Sussex County Council to deliver a new coaching programme to support people into work. Residents in Brighton and Hove that face barriers to finding work will soon be able to access personalised support through the programme, which plans to support up to 3,950 residents in our area, is part of the Government’s Get Britain Working strategy.
